Notes:

The internet changed a lot over the past several years.  Links come and go and it's really a project to keep track them.  So, you may find many links that are no longer valid.  (It would be nice if people would take the time to let me know when they find a link on my pages that doesn't work, but no one ever does.)

With the bankruptcy law on the verge of major changes as of this writing (August, 2002) (ha,ha, very funny -- August 2004 when law has still not changed), some of the information you find here may be out of date.  In the "early days," there were not many sites where you could find bankruptcy information, but now there are plenty of organizations that offer better and more up-to-da te overviews than I do.  The ABI site keeps track of "bankruptcy issues" for professionals and you might check there to see the latest news.

I hope you find something useful at my site.
