I have a new app -- zero2go -- but it isn't very useful unless you have access to one of these:

That is to say, San Diego now has a car2go program. Zero2Go will find an available vehicle for you, you waive your key card at the card reader and for 31 cents a minute, it's yours. Abandon it at another meter in the driving zone and find another one when you wish to return. Electric. Neat, huh?
