XML Feedsnew weirdness

but not so bad in the overall scheme of things. I have two kde 3.5 kicker panels running on my desktop kde 4.2.

And now for no apparent reason, one or the other of them is disappearing when I switch desktops with the desktop pager. During one login, the panel on the left disappeared. Now, the panel at the top is disappearing. So, one panel displays on every desktop (just like the plasma widgets and panels) and one panel is exclusive to the first desktop.
I wonder what's up with this? It did not happen previously.
Oh well.
At least my computer is running, which in light of the kernel crash, is a pretty good thing.
