if kul equals stupid.  I have been using gscan2pdf off and on for years.  on when I can install it and off when i can't. so ... all this time I thought I had no way to install when the opSU version change came.

Since the opSU rpm wouldn't work, I thought if I got the src file, I could edit the spec file or something. But while looking for a way to extract the sources I learned that rpm build could rebuild for my installed operating system. So I did, but the installer was looking for a version of choqok it couldn't find. I installed the program version that was available and then successfully installed the new version of gscan2pdf from the rpm I rebuilt from the src file.

So, you know, cool!
